ABOUT Tosin Oke

Tosin Oke has been putting in impressive jumps for several years and garnered a number of titles and accolades.

2010 saw Oke quickly into winning form. In January he represented the Commonwealth team at the Aviva International Match in Glasgow and took the title in a new personal best of 16.73, which also saw him move to 4th in the world rankings.

And another PB followed soon afterwards in February when he won again at the Aviva World Trials & UK Indoor Championship, where his new personal best of 16.76m kept him ahead of the field.

Then outdoors in June Oke was the star performer in a British Athletics League meet that saw him land another personal best – 17.05m – to help steer Woodfood Green AC to victory over current BAL champions Newham & Essex Beagles. The jump saw the former European Junior Champion move to 9th on this years world list.

Debating, reading, travelling to countries I have never been to, learning about personal & spiritual development, triple jump & long jump! Coaching and mentoring other athletes.

My IQ is over 142. I support Arsenal football team. I only drink Volvic or Fiji water. I live in Singapore.

All of my medals, but definitely the feeling of jumping over 17m; it always feels amazing.

To jump beyond 18m. To win more medals in all major Games until the end of my career.
